This is more for the employer side of Mark and Joanna.. Congratulations on their great success, but I honestly am not sure how they will keep it up.... WAAAAY too many financial mistakes, including squandering money in all the wrong places like top notch decor for the offices.
They dont treat all of their employees equally, if your not part of the family they basically won't try to remember you. That to me is very sad, especially when they cant realize who their hard workers are, and likewise dont appreciate or thank those employees.
They also dont compensate their employees properly now that they have moved them to salary. This is disgusting to me... they are robbing their employees by asking them to do ridiculous hours of overtime with no compensation whatsoever... and I say "asking" liberally as it is understood that the employees are replaceable if they dont do what they are asked.
Your not only hurting your employees, but their families as well. Please for your own sakes, learn how to budget your companies money properly and pay better respect to your employees. Before you have none left except new hires that dknt know how to do anything.

Dear anonymous,
I am always open to feedback and make it a priority to consider it, to learn and improve upon if necessary.
We do have high standards in everything we do including how we market homes, how we conduct ourselves for our clients and how our offices look for our clients. High standards and excellence is what we represent. As you know being a former employee of our company, our positive culture is the #1 thing our team members say they love about working with us. To say otherwise is not in alignment with what our current team members are feeling. I am always available to talk further about this one on one.
I wish you all the best,
Mark Faris, CEO
