To say that Mark goes above and beyond is a complete understatement. It was clear from the start that he takes his job seriously and that we were not just another commision to him. He worked early mornings, late nights, and everything in between for us. He lost more sleep than we did, over the stress of finding us the perfect home. He spent countless hours with our needs and wants in mind, scouring the market and talking to his colleagues in efforts to find us what we were looking for. On day one of our house hunt, he toured us all around and showed us 16 houses in one day. He is an oldschool Realtor, who has contacts for everything, and knows his way around paperwork. Whenever we had a question, he never hesitated to simply call up the Realtor of whichever property we were looking at to get our questions answered. He most certainly will not let his clients get pushed around. He fought for our needs to be met and to make us happy in the end. He went well above and beyond making sure that every detail was taken care of before and after possession. We have dealt with a lot of Realtors through the years, and Mark has put in more leg work than any other. His respect in the industry and from his clients, is well earned.
