Mark is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the market, very reliable, and the most dedicated realtor I've ever dealt with. Not to mention he's one of the most positive, happy and sincere guys I've ever met. Mark's main concern was that we were happy and never put pressure on us or rushed us to make a decision. He was very patient and took the time to understand what it is we are truly looking for. We would often send him a list of properties and he would give us pros and cons of each which I really appreciated. It was a bit tough to lock down a property in this market because things we're moving so fast. One home in particular came up for sale that my wife and I loved and did not want to miss out on it so we were literally going to drive by to check out the neighborhood and make an offer without even touring it. Mark was adamant that we get in to look at it first so at 10:00 p.m. he came to meet us and let us into have a look. This is the property we now call home. Mark made that possible for us. We are extremely grateful for him because we were in a bit of a rush to move out of our 18 plus apartment building due to my wife being 6 months pregnant. He really came through in a pinch. I highly recommend Mark Melanson. There's no one better!
