This agent has an extensive pre-amble with the aid of his laptop demonstrating all of the steps he will take in order to sell the property should he be given the listing. After securing the listing it appears he did very little to market and generate interest in the property, hence only two showings in the first month. As with all realtors, he states the asking price as the problem and not his own inadequacies in marketing and networking to expose the property. He was supposed to give me a weekly report on the market and also feedback from the small handful of showings, he did neither. Two and one half months after listing the property I finally received an offer which I accepted at full price, contrary to what this realtor previously stated, that I would never be offered full price. He also apparently does not know which condo documents are required to be provided to the buyer as his list fell far short of actual requirements. This agent is typical of so many, expecting thousands of dollars in commission in return for doing very little. There is absolutely no way the commission charged can be justified for services rendered when they do little more than list the property on the M.L.S. Overall, I would rate this agent as being very poor, his communication was almost non-existent, when he did communicate he always spoke with a certain arrogance.
