He was very professional, and offered great advice which really showcased his expertise. We wanted to put an offer on a house in Caledonia, which was closing the next day, and Mark was able to find time in his busy schedule to go do a walk-through with me to make sure we were buying a solid home. From the start, Mark and his team were absolutely stand out, and helped us through every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we were really unsure of the process, and how to navigate it all. Mark was able to shine some light on it and walked us through everything step by step. His knowledge and years of experience in real estate were truly evident. We ended up moving on from that house, and put together a large list of other houses for sale that we were interested in seeing, in Hamilton and surrounding regions. Mark took the time to sort through each and every one of them, weeding out the problem properties and offering solid advice about future investment and developments around the areas, neighbourhood stats, and comparable properties. Once we narrowed it down, he took care of booking many many viewings around our extremely busy schedules so we could find our dream home.
