Mark helped us navigating making an offer, and counter offers on our terms. He also made a great referral to a mortgage broker to further enhance the purchase process. Mark is fun to work with, and very friendly and personable. He makes the process enjoyable. He is very responsive, and able to offer knowledge in all aspects of real estate and all that surrounds it.
