Mark Woehrle and Wendy Tanner work very well together. This is our fourth real estate transaction with Mark and Wendy. In this specific sale, this was our family estate sale and we were the executors. The sale went fairly smooth and was a quick sale priority. However, we did sell well below asking due to the work in the home that will be involved by the new owners.
