Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we purchased our house, especially being so patient with us in answering all of our questions, since we are seniors. He answered our phone calls late at night and early morning (sorry Mark). We felt at ease with him and had complete trust in him, never pushing us but instead guiding us with professionalism.
