Mark helped me to obtain a mortgage for the house. I never bought a house before in Canada. Our other broker said we would not be able to buy a home in Hamilton but Mark made it happen even with no trouble at all. Within 2 weeks we had our mortgage approved even after another mortgage broker said impossible. Then we moved into our house, we are now For 10 years and our family has grown to love the house.
