Unfortunately, he came highly recommended by a friend. The reality is far from it in my case. How dare I call him four times and leave two messages in two hours not knowing that he was in the middle of writing offers on a Sunday, and I had not contacted a realtor for 18 years. The email response was that this has jeopardized his sanity at such a busy time, and he does not care if he sold 100 or 125 more houses as his family is more important. How about just say sorry that I am too busy right now and will not be able to do a listing for you.

Reply: This individual contacted me about selling her home. I made it VERY CLEAR IF she was interested in my services the earliest I could come was Wednesday. She then proceeded to phone four times (as admitted by person above) on a Sunday afternoon leaving multiple voicemails including the last one that she wanted me to come that Sunday afternoon to list her home. It was literally hours' notice at that point. After 18 years of not contacting a realtor the home had to be listed within hours, I declined any further communication as I felt I could not meet this individuals expectations in terms of selling her home. Never met the individual, never saw the home, never listed the home. Reply: bahahahaha.. another nutcase ^^^^
