As buyers from out of province there were extra obstacles for us in purchasing a Moncton home. We initially chose Marlene because she was one of the few agents who replied to our emails and addressed our questions ( kind of a low bar!) We were really glad to have her services throughout the purchase process- she was always professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient.
