We highly recommend Marlene (and already have), she is extremely knowledgeable, has many years of experience, she’s professional, has outstanding communication skills and is well versed in Interprovincial migration. She truly cares about understanding what it is that you need and want in your new house.  Thanks to Marlene we recently purchased our first house in New Brunswick and are in the process of moving there from Ontario. I contacted Marlene regrading our slightly different circumstances and explained we were wanting to purchase a house. She has spent countless amounts of time on the phone with us, walked us through everything and been there to advise us every step of the way. She went above and beyond after our new home closed as well, she talked to many of the neighbours and was even stopping in while the house was empty to check on it before our arrival.
