Martin and Elyzabeth were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. I was moving to Montreal from out of province and they lined up properties for me to view despite a very long list of requirements, actively sought to weed out properties that would not meet my requirements and were amazing at finding properties in a specific neighborhood that met those needs. Once the unit was found, Elyzabeth was diligent in negotiating the terms of the rental. All this on very tight deadlines. I would highly recommend Martin and his team to anyone who is looking to rent or buy in Montreal and who want a team who will work tirelessly to make their experience as seamless as possible.
