Back in 2024, Martin took care of the sale of my condo in Pointe-St-Charles and I told him whenever I will be ready to buy again, I would contact him. Back in July he took the time to reach out to me just to see how I was doing and I felt his call not as a «pitch» but rather him just chatting with me to see how am doing! I remember why I appreciate working with him! Long story short, we had a couples of visits for condos in HOMA and I am so happy with my purchase! Many thanks for your patience and experience with this process. Merci!
