We have worked with Martin/his team on the purchase/sale of our condo (2022); leasing our rental house; purchasing our recent house (2025). We continue to work with Martin as he is professional, warm, available, and very knowledgable. Critically, he is not someone who pushes sales, and is honest (explains the pros/cons of decision, while being "cool headed") and is extremely well-connected (wonderful inspectors, painters, contractors etc). He is a wealth of knowledge and information. He has been patient with us (i.e., we changed our minds following a home inspection that revealed concerns), which is always appreciated. Further, he is well-skilled in dealing with challenging situations (e.g., working through a complex lease transfer), and we feel well-supported by Martin and his team. While we hope that our moving/renting journey is behind us soon, we will not hesitate to work with Martin in the future!
