Very friendly & professional, had some problems with the accountant proposed by him which he took care of very diligently. Only point of improvement was too much optimism at the start of selling at the target price as we ended up selling well below the list price. But this is more the fault of the state of "the village" in Montreal than anything else (other agents I asked proposed the same list price)
