I used Marty to sell my house. It stayed on the market for 4 months, and he was using it to sell other houses. I consulted another agent, and he said that it was overpriced. I DON'T RECOMMEND MARTY TO ANYONE.

You must understand, I dont benefit at all from keeping your house on the market a long period of time, especialy longer than my average time for selling.
