I must say I’m very amazed with Marty Waite and his team. Marty came to our house with a very thorough assessment of the value of our house in our neighbourhood. The house was listed after his team had displayed with pictures in the inside and outside. Well, it didn’t take a week for the team to sell the house. They have coordinate all the required documents and kept us abreast at all time of new information and next step to be taken including the lawyers to finalize the closure of the offer.
