Mary Ellen was very friendly and professional. She told us what she thought the house was worth, but also listened to 0ur opinion. She told us about staging, but it didn't really work for our house, because of our renters still living there. She was friendly to our renters since they had to agree with the times people were coming through. She sold our house quickly and everything was finalized with ease. We would most definitely recommend Mary Ellen to sell your house. we were very impressed with her.
