I’ve known Mary Ellen for many years. As an accountant, and a knowledgeable Realtor. Her knowledge and experience has helped me many times! During the sale of my last duplex, she took the extra step of using her own spare outdoor furniture to stage an otherwise dull sun room at the building to make it more appealing, she also hired a painter to paint some touchups I had not considered important! I’ve always felt I’m in good hands with Mary Ellen and she managed to get my duplex sold in just over a week for thousands above asking during the very unstable time of COVID.
