My husband and I had been getting curious about selling our house and beginning to make big moves towards our dreams. On a whim one late night, I clicked on a YouTube ad that led me to a phone call with Mary. I told her straight up that I was unconventional and the only reason we were thinking of selling our home was that I received (inner) guidance that there was a couple out there that needed what our home offered us & our family and they were taking actions so we had to take actions. We met and felt it right away that she was the right person to help us. We’re very happy we followed that feeling, moved through the fear, and said yes. Selling a house feels like a HUGE process. And within this process, my husband and I learned & grew - we appreciated that we always had the space and understanding to do just that with the Mary & her team. We appreciated the quick responses when we were concerned, feeling fear, or just feeling out of alignment. Mary helped to keep my energy focused where it was most needed. Paul was so easy to work with in staging & photography. This was something we thought we didn’t want to do - stage & list. Mary & Paul’s vision brought our home to its full potential with just some added pieces/accessories to our own. The pictures were phenomenal, the transformation felt. The showings mirrored that impact to us. In a time where people hold much fear about making big changes like this, Mary‘s expertise was clear and encouraging. She saw the value in our home/area that even we were having trouble seeing. We grew even more in love with it through this process, helping us in processing our own feelings about leaving our home. We had two commitments to ourselves in selling our home - that we get what we needed to feel secure to make this move & that we sell our house to a couple that needs a safe/secure start in life. Mary showed us that what we needed was realistic & she supported us wholeheartedly in honouring these commitments. Thanks so much team, we are moving forward towards our dreams feeling really great.
