Mary and team coordinated both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home in a tough market, and at an awkward time of year. Mary’s knowledge of the market in the area we left, together with her team’s steady support and timely communication, gave us confidence when the anxiety of coordinating two major transactions could have been overwhelming. They clearly did their homework and approached our situation with a professional confidence that was contagious, along with patience and care. We always felt they had our best interests at heart, and cannot recommend Mary and team highly enough. Thanks to all of you!
