I had used Mary in the past to buy a couple investment properties Her knowledge, information, caring and attention to details made those purchases as easy as I could have imagined, so there was no hesitancy in my decision to use her for this recent transaction/purchase. She really always had my best interest at heart and there was never any pressure from her in any way. Quite special!
