Did not answer any questions, deemed as not a viable buyer in his mind. Left me hanging almost 2 weeks, after indicating that I wanted to make an offer on the property, and ONLY sent the draft offer, after another offer had been made, that he did not make me aware of, until after making the suggestion of finding another realtor, if he was too busy.
