I wasn't really looking for a house but took a look at one because of its great location. Matt was quick to arrange a viewing and provided valuable insight into the history of the house. After deciding to move forward and purchase the house, Matt was so helpful and explained every step of the process in a way that I could understand. Any questions I had he answered or found the answers. Buying your first house is a big milestone and I expected it to be really intense and complicated. Matt made it seem almost too easy.
