Matt is exceptional at what he does! We were so impressed. He really knows his stuff and I felt so confident trusting him throughout the process. He was responsive, and knowledgeable, but never ever pushy. Matt went over and above for us multiple times. For example, when we unexpectedly wanted to make an offer on a house with little to no warning, he literally wrote up the offer on a late night flight home, and then was texting us first thing the next morning.
