Matt was a complete breath of fresh air. We recently moved from the UK and wanted a realtor who would understand our wish list. We had multiple zoom chats with Matt prior to our move and when we arrived we were blown away by how professional but friendly Matt was. There’s a lot of realtors out there, some of them cowboys who just want to sell you a house. The difference with Matt is he wants to sell you THE house and it’s very much mission accomplished. Aside from the ease of dealing with Matt for viewings and submission of offers, he ensured that we were constantly kept up to date, he liaised with our lawyer and the sellers agent and secured us a great deal on an amazing property in a terrific location. I’m so glad we stumbled upon Matt on social media because he started off as our realtor and has now become a friend.
