Matt has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. He is so kind and genuine. We were relocating from out of province and Matt made the process so seamless and easy for us. He took the time to go back to the properly and take a detailed video for us of the entire house and yard prior to us finalizing the deal so we could have a better look at it and be confident in our decision.
