Due to a family emergency I had to fly back home to BC. When I was there, we decided it was best for me to permanently move back home earlier than expected (6 months early). With everything that was going on with COVID-19 and the costs of flights, I was unable to return home to get my house together and assist Matt with the selling process. Matt went above and beyond my expectations and the normal realtor duties to help get my house presentable to be put on the market. He sold my house in only 3 days for above asking! I would highly recommend anyone to use Matt in their buying or selling process and if I didn't live in BC now I would be using him to buy my new place!
