Our experience with Matt Carter was extremely pleasant and simplistic. Matt’s professionalism, honesty, patience, kindness and knowledge was beyond exceptional. We are both disabled and were very nervous about re-locating from Manitoba, but Matt was so patient, and provided guidance throughout the entire process. He also made himself readily available at various times/days. Even after our purchase, we were overwhelmed, and Matt spoon fed us right to hooking up our utilities etc… He never left our side, even after the lawyer took over, he still followed up to ensure all was well.
