Wow. Wow. Wow. I have so many great things to say about using Matt as my agent for purchasing my first property. First, he listened to every word of my personal strategy and financial plan for making this purchase—adding in his own insight and wisdom based on his vast experience in the industry. Then visiting properties was an absolute hoot! We talked about things from all angles, weighed the pros and cons, and made an adventure out of every showing. (My mom tagged along on a few showings and Matt's enthusiasm has her considering a career in real estate.) I learned SO much during these showings from Matt that served me on this first property AND in anything else I purchase in years to come. Very knowledgeable. Matt made excellent recommendations for both a mortgage broker and a home inspector. Both of which I love. Great connections. I'm excited to close on this first property with such a great agent. Matt made the entire experience enjoyable. He shared his knowledge with me every step of the way and didn't hesitate to clarify any aspect of the experience when something was brand new to me. He is responsive when I call with the umpteenth question about the same topic. 😂 And extremely patient in the entire process.
