Matt was a dream! He is extremely knowledgeable - not only about the buying process, but also about electrical panels, flooring, windows, insulation...you name it. He was a wealth of information, advocated for us every step of the way, and gave great advice about being strategic in an absolutely bananas market. Looking forward to moving in :)
