Matt was great! He was well informed and knowledgeable. If needed, he quickly confirmed any questionable information. His expressive and receptive communication skills are excellent. He was responsive and very easy to work with. He treated us and our tenants with the upmost respect and worked to minimize any unnecessary contact in these crazy times.
