I would not hesitate to hire Matt again. I couldn't have done it without him. My sale went very smoothly. He even came by and fixed my gate for me. His experience on the construction side really helped to give buyers ideas for updates that could be made. If I was buying in the same city, I would have used him for my purchase as well.
