Matt is extremely personable and wildly knowledgable about the industry and renovations/construction/contracting. I've worked with multiple realtors before and he knocks it out of the park and is an easy favorite. He is fair with his fee structure and brings huge value to the table as a team with his wife Maryam. I would recommend him in a heartbeat as I know he would give 110% on every client that gets the opportunity to work with him.
