Immediately advised of all houses newly appearing on market. Didn't try to push houses that were outside of our requirements or price range. Gave his honest opinion of houses during showings which was greatly appreciated. Always replied very quickly to our questions. Was always available on short notice to arrange house showings. I would highly recommend him
