I would not recommend Matt for any customer. Matt is a volume agent and his main goal is to close the highest amount of transactions in the shortest period of time. We were feeling rushed during our buying process. From the beginning we communicated to him that we need a place with a secondary suite. As new to Canada we didn't know any zoning laws. At the time, duplexes couldn't have legal secondary suites in Calgary and Matt didn't advise us against buying a duplex. Once again his goal was to close the transaction as quickly as possible and spend the least amount of time with the customers.
