We purchased our first and so far only home with Matt. The reason we picked Matt on the buy side is because I don’t like any type of sales person and from the start Matt established right away that he was an advisor to us. This was important to us since too many realtors “helping you” buy a home push just as hard to sell you on any given listing. Matt took the time and listened to exactly what was important to us at our current state but then also expanded on that to understand our 5, 10 and 15 year plans in order to advise us on what homes and in what neighborhoods would be a great fit. He walked us through (in detail) the whole process and made it so easy especially for first time home buyers. I trust Matt and that is saying a lot. We bought our home in November 2018 and are still there today. Our family has multiplied in size and it was Matt’s foresight that ensured our successful purchase still fits us today. At this time, we don’t plan on moving properties but I know one thing forsure is that if that time ever comes or when we are ready to buy more properties I will only be dealing with Matt. I recommend that at a minimum, you sit down with him and speak with him, you will thank yourself in the future.
