We purchased a beautiful, brand new, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Willoughby (Langley). Even in such a tough market, Matt managed to help us seek out the perfect opportunity. From the moment we contacted him, and all the way through the process, he was easy to communicate with, and incredibly professional. He was also relentless in his pursuit to find us exactly what we wanted, but at the same time also mentioned we would look at as many properties as needed with no pressure to close, because he was so determined to find us the "right" place. The person who recommended Matt to us, referred to him as the "Pitbull" of the Realestate game. Now I can totally see why. Buying a new place, especially in today's market, could be stressful or nerve racking. With this guy on our team, we hardly felt any of that. We even had quite a bit of fun.
