My room mate and i came to look at the apartment at 99 church st. we tried to get an application, he didn't send it to us, we had to ask him for it a 2nd time. Then after he sent it to us, I filled out my portion but my room mate hadn't filled out her portion yet he rented it out from under us before we even had a chance to apply. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Meanwhile we are good tenants who always pay rent on time. I have over 30 years of rental experience and never missed a rental payment
