Matt is terrific and I would recommend him to anyone I care about. He is trustworthy, responsive, patient, well-informed, and all-round great. He took a lot of stress out of the process and gave us the information we needed to make some hard decisions. It was really enjoyable to work with him, too. He has a team to make sure everything goes quickly and smoothly. He knows a ton about the area and buildings and everything that we needed to think about - we would use him again in a heartbeat!
