He advised us on what to offer and built a relationship with the selling agent to understand what the sellers needed, which worked out for everyone. We felt completely supported and got our dream home. Selling was just as smooth. We needed to move fast because of a quick possession date, and Matt guided us on what work to do to best position the house, handled the walkthroughs and photo/video documentation, and marketed it beautifully. He kept us in the loop the whole way, which made a stressful process manageable, and we sold well above asking. Matt's advice was the difference maker on both sides of this.
