As a first time home buyer, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Matt walked me through the process from start to finish, was very patient with my MANY questions. He was always quick to respond, communication was A+! not knowing much about houses, I needed someone trustworthy who would show me what to look out for. I always felt like he was honest with me and had my best interests at heart. Matt is also very personable and a really down to earth guy, making the home buying process a lot of fun!
