We absolutely loved working with Max. He never made us feel pressured and was honest with us when things about a house seemed a little funky. He was so responsive and checked in frequently which helped us to feel super supported throughout the process. One thing that we really loved was the little video check ins he would send us. Rather than sending a text, Max would often record a video of himself giving us an update. It felt much more personal and made us feel like he really cared. Another thing we really appreciated was that he had amazing recommendations for local lenders and inspectors who helped us along the way. We also really enjoyed working with the Cohen Group NW as a whole. When Max was out of town one weekend, he set us up with another awesome agent at the company who could give us tours while he was away. Overall we had a great experience both with Max and with Cohen Group.
