We engaged the services of Max Hahne to help find our dream property in Collingwood. The home we purchased was advertised as "backing onto greenspace for future privacy". It turns out that this was completely false and that the "greenspace" directly behind our property was designated for development years ago and there are current plans to build over 180 residential units. Our number one criteria for our home purchase was privacy. Had we known about the development we never would have purchased. We trusted Max with finding our dream home and he let us down. We did not even receive an apology from him.
