Max was very helpful with our recent sale. He helped us sell quickly and obtain our desired price. He recommended a stager who provided excellent recommendations for showing our house, and I believe the staging was a differentiator in obtaining a quick sale. Max was also excellent in the negotiations and obtained a very good price considering current market conditions. I would highly recommend!
