During a search for a new home I had gone through 2 realtors already but always felt rushed or my needs felt neglected. Maximus was such an amazing, and patient realtor with my husband and I. I was 6 months pregnant and my husband was working full time with only one day a week off. This made times for viewing/ scheduling very difficult on our end (not to mention my morning sickness) but Maximus was very readily available to find a best time and work with our schedules. We were also on an EXTREMELY tight budget as I would be on EI bedrest/ Mat leave + a newborn on the way, so I was super picky about location, utilities, laundry, parking, etc. but Maximus did everything in his capabilities to find us a perfect first home! Maximus made things very easy and simple, yet clear to all of our needs/ wants as well as explaining the differences in each home. Maximus was very professional but also a great people-person so we always felt comfortable. Absolutely recommend! :D
