Ms May Wang is/was the landlord's agent. She has been a nightmare to deal with, since the beginning. She is unreasonable, arrogant, has no manners and has shown to be highly unprofessional. Even our own agent had an argument with her at a certain moment in time and we all decided to give up on the house, eventually. Then somehow the landlord got back to us again and we signed the deal. The day we had agreed to move our stuff inside the new house and take the keys, she arrived late and didn't even apologize. As we entered the house, we found a disgustingly dirty place (obviously as the builder had left it) only to hear her say that it was not a problem because we could hand over the house the way we had found it, as if we could ever live in a place as dirty as it was. At our insistent requests to have the house cleaned before we moved in, Ms Wang lost her temper and raised her voice at us. Not only that, the remotes to the garages were not working, and the door opener to the garage was not working either, so she clearly hadn’t been in the house for weeks. After we moved in, we took over a friend’s dog, as a helping hand to someone who’s dealing with a particularly difficult financial moment. We don’t know how but Ms Wang found out about this and has been pestering our agent and therefore us, ever since, with her usual arrogance, giving us orders and ultimatums that she very well knows are unlawful. I would recommend everyone to avoid Ms May Wang at all costs.
