We had a great experience working with Meagan to buy our house. We met with Meagan first in late April. We were immediately comfortable with her easy going manner as she asked the qualifying questions she needed answered in a long conversation that alternated with her giving us the information we needed to understand the market with her asking clarifying questions as she tried to understand our needs. She spent a lot of time educating us and shaping our expectations about the sellers market we were in. By May, we had seen quite a few homes come to market and sell very quickly before we could even travel to Thunder Bay to see them. We were afraid we would not find a house in our original timeline. We waited until there was a house we were particularly interested in and travelled to Thunder Bay. Meagan showed us everything that was on the market and we put in our first offer in early June. Meagan was super helpful during the negotiations and gave us the perfect advice we needed at the right time so we reached an agreement on that first offer. She gave follow up service so that we didn’t drop the ball through financing conditions. Our closing was a month after and we are loving our new home.
