My friend highly recommended Meagan, and Meagan turned me to Chelsea which I was a bit hesitant about originally since my friend spoke SO highly of Meagan. But Chelsea like blew me out of the water with how great she was through everything. Chelsea was absolutely the best! She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. It really felt like she had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process. She would research the backstory of some homes for me and give her honest feedback on whether they're worth it or not. She went out of her way to advise me of foundation issues and other expensive repairs. She would look around the houses to make sure the basements/crawl spaces were in good shape. She always replied to my texts so promptly and give amazing advice. I would definitely recommend her :) I can't believe I was her first client since it seems like she has been doing this for years! The sale is already done and everything. Yet she still offered to go to the place I purchase to help give some DIY suggestions about a closet I'm stuck on. I know she doesn't have to do that since the sale is done but she offered to bring measuring tape which is so nice. She has been amazing throughout the whole process 🥰🥰🥰
